My plane was canceled due to a snowstorm (while we were on the tarmac, no less), and I had to make a reservation quickly. This hotel has undergone a complete transformation under new management since I last stayed here. There's a connecting restaurant that was very comfortable and had good food. The room was great and clean, and I slept well. The shower was good and I was more than ready to catch my 5 am flight.

Very nice room which was on the first floor as requested. The beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. So friendly and willing to assist you. It was great to be so close to the airport and have 24 hour shuttle service which was available every 15 minutes.

It was a great price, staff was very kind and helpful. Just what we needed between our plane arriving at 3a, and rental car companies opening. The free shuttle at 3a was great. Everything was clean, didn't see 1 bug, or any mold. Slept great!

Nice reception in the evening. Good shuttle service and welcome at the evening reception desk. I was under stress and was very glad to talk to a very helpful receptionist (man). Lost my passport and needed to make a new one in Buffalo.
